POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the ruling on Tuesday prevents the faction from convening the party’s National Executive Council (NEC) meeting.

Previously, some PDP governors, led by Mohammed, attempted to remove acting national chairman Ambassador Umar Damagum leading opposition from stakeholders loyal to Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike.

It can be recalled that a Federal High Court in Abuja had earlier issued an order against the removal of Damagum.
