The Nigerian spent seven years with the Foxes and showed occasional glimpses of brilliance.
Los Nervionenses signed him with the expectation that he would give them an edge in the final third. However, he has struggled to cut it at the club since he joined. Iheanacho’s minutes have been seriously limited, as he has registered five appearances but has failed to produce any goal involvement.
Sevilla have also been struggling for goals, as they have scored just ten goals in their ten La Liga games.
Due to Iheanacho’s struggles, the club is now looking at other attacking talents. According to Ficherio, Sevilla want to sign a new striker in January.
In order to do this, they are looking at selling Iheanacho in January to free up funds and create some space on their wage bill.
