Several Nigerians have taken to the streets to express their grievances regarding the hike in the prices of commodities that was said to have followed the removal of fuel subsidies by the current administration led by Bola Tinubu.

In response to this, top politicians have implored Nigerians to exercise patience with this current administration, as there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

Things took a different turn as the plan by Nigerians to embark on a nationwide protest against the Tinubu-led administration was revealed.

However, during an interview with Channel’s Television, the lawmaker, Oshiomhole, made reference to a similar case that occurred in Kenya, questioning rhetorically if the citizens move to protest had delivered relief.

He therefore emphasised that no one benefits from violence.
