So, just a few hours ago, Senator Godswill Akpabio read out a letter from the APC national headquarters criticising Senator Ali Ndume’s comments, which led the National Assembly’s upper house to announce that Ndume had been removed from his position as Senate Chief Whip.

Tahir Munguno, a senator, will replace Ali Ndume as chief whip of the Senate. Billionaire Dele Momodu of Nigeria took to Instagram to express his displeasure with the statement and ask the Nigerian people why President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was immune to criticism from a senior senator. ”
