The Alapomu of Apomu, Oba Kayode Adenekan Afolabi, has refuted claims of inciting electoral violence in Osun State. In a statement issued by his media aide, Tolu Adetunji, the monarch addressed a video circulating online in which he made a speech during the inauguration of a road construction project in Apomu. A Nigerian woman, Aisha Lawal, has said that polygamy is permissible in Islam so she will marry any man married that catches her fancy.
“Polygamy is HALAL both in our culture and Islam. So, if your husband enter our eyes, we go marry am and heaven no go fall. Trust me,” she wrote.

Ivy Ifeoma, wife of singer Paul Okoye, speaks out about the tension between her husband’s ex-wife, Anita, and his twin brother, Peter.
Ivy recently welcomed a baby girl with Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy. On November 1, 2024, Paul shared the joyful news with his followers through his official Instagram page.
A viral video of Ivy spending time with Paul’s older children has also caught attention, with many commending her for her kindness and care toward her stepchildren.
During a recent Instagram live session while doing her makeup, Ivy responded to various questions from fans. When asked how she felt about Paul publicly celebrating his ex-wife, Anita, on her birthday, Ivy said she had no problem with it.
In response to another question about how she treats her partner’s children, she firmly addressed the fan. When asked about the ongoing conflict between Paul and his twin brother, Peter, Ivy simply replied, “It is what it is.”
