Naija News reports that President Tinubu returned on Saturday after a two-week vacation abroad. Speaking at the airport, where he welcomed Tinubu back, Gbajabiamila explained that the President needed to take a well-deserved break after a year and a half of intense work.

Gbajabiamila emphasized that President Tinubu is now re-energized and ready to continue implementing key policies to steer the country in the right direction. He described the trip as both a working holiday and a period of rest, allowing Tinubu to balance work and relaxation.

“The type of work he’s been engaged in over the past year and a half required some rest. Now, he’s back, well-rested and recharged. It was a working holiday, so he was still getting things done while taking some time off. Now that he’s back in Nigeria, it’s all systems go,” Gbajabiamila said.

He added, “President Tinubu is back to ensure that policies are executed effectively, and the country continues moving in the right direction. He’s the captain, and his goal is to get us to a cruising altitude. In time, Nigerians will start seeing the results of his hard work, as well as the efforts of his team.
