Residents of Ƴankara in Faskari Local Government Area of Katsina State, taking part in the nationwide protest against hunger blocked Sokoto road during the weekend.
They held prayers seeking God’s intervention over the worsening bandit attacks and abductions in their communities.
The protesters urged Nigerian troops to focus on bandits instead of #EndBadGovernanceProtest protesters.
