In a sermon shared on his social media, he emphasized the importance of moving on after experiencing a broken heart in the quest for a future partner.

He advised women against shouldering the emotional burdens of a breakup, warning that doing so can lead to unnecessary stress and even health issues. “That’s why you look older than your age,” he stated. “You carry too much stress. If someone chooses to leave you, wish them a safe journey.”

Suleman further encouraged women not to dwell on their heartbreak, saying, “If a man breaks your heart, don’t cry. Remember, there are 1st John and 2nd John, 1st Peter and 2nd Peter, and 1st Kings and 2nd Kings.”
