Lobi Stars have embarked on a one-week close camping exercise in Jos ahead of the upcoming Nigeria Premier Football League season, DAILY POST reports.
The players and officials of the former NPFL champions travelled out of Makurdi for the rigorous camping exercise on Sunday.
Lobi Stars will also take part in a pre-season tournament to fine-tune their skills before the commencement of the new season.
The exercise is designed to foster cohesion among both new and returning players, ensuring they become fully integrated into the team’s dynamics and style of play.
Lobi Stars will take on Akwa United in their opening fixture of the 2024-25 NPFL season.
The new season will start on Saturday, August 31.
