“In his Words”

“I never ever imagined that I will lose my brother, when I woke up today, I just burst into tears. I was the only one who was with him when life left his body and he was laying on the ground lifeless. The event that led to my brother’s death happened on Monday at his working place. He bought one Tiger Nut from one of their intern that sell provisions, so he bought it that Monday and took it and everything was okay”.

“But on Tuesday, he went and bought 4 Tiger Nuts, that was when the problem started, that particular Tuesday, he started purging, he was purging and vomiting at the same time for more than six hours and then from there he collapsed and died. That was what killed him, around 10pm, his friend called me on the phone and asked if I’m Caleb’s brother and I said yes that I’m his elder brother. He then asked me to start coming to LSDPC immediately, I asked him what the problem is and he told me that my brother is dead, that was how I heard about my brother’s demise”.
