Rangers technical adviser, Fidelis Ilechukwu, has revealed that the team will kick-start its rebuilding process with the upcoming pre-season tournament in Enugu.

The Flying Antelopes lost some of their key players at the end of last season.

Ilechukwu stated that the tournament will give the technical crew the opportunity to monitor the new plm players ahead of the CAF Champions League new season.

“It is a good thing to have such quality teams in a pre-season tournament and it will to a very large extent, help us monitor the players that we have registered for both the continent and domestic challenges,” he told the Nations Sports.

“Like I have been saying, we are re-building as the structure we had earlier set up has been shaken a bit and we have some new talents that need to be blooded into our playing philosophy.

“I believe that we shall get good results from the pre-season games.”

The tournament will take place at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu.
