This development follows recent discussions aimed at resolving visa denial issues faced by Nigerians. Keyamo shared the update during a dinner event welcoming delegates to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) 80th Annual General Meeting and World Air Transport Summit in Dubai.

He noted that the final steps involve formalizing the agreement, with an official announcement expected within a few weeks. He assured that efforts are being made to facilitate easier travel and visa applications for Nigerians, addressing the high demand for reopening this travel route.
