Durosimi said Policing in Nigeria is a strenuous and tasking job, but that what is on ground in the aspect of healthcare is nothing to write home about.
“The Police in Nigeria needs technology to fight crime and criminality, personnel of the force who travel out of the country comes back home with lofty laurels, interestingly most successes recorded in peace keeping mission across the world are mostly from the Nigeria Police Force.
“Such feet are impossible and outright abysmal when it comes to working in our father’s land. The Police force requires technol- ogy which is the driven assets for the force.
“The technology will enhance performance of the force and also make it get its required results.
It must be noted that investment in the security asset can never be a waste, the government needs to work and make the force a proactive one and upgrade it to meet up with international standard.
