According to reports, the deceased had boarded the tricycle along the Isheri-Igando Road and was heading towards the Isheri end of the area. Upon reaching her bus stop, the tricycle driver tried to notify her, only to discover that she was unresponsive.
Alarmed, the driver alighted and tapped her several times but found her motionless. He raised an alarm, drawing the attention of passersby who attempted to wake her, but she was no longer breathing.
The police were subsequently called to the scene, and they evacuated the deceased alongside the tricycle to the Idimu police station.
The cause of her death is yet to be determined, and the Lagos State Police Command has not yet commented on the incident.
