BREAKING: Three Children Found Lifeless at Native Doctor’s Home

Three children have been found dead at the residence of a female native doctor, popularly known as an Ezenwanyi, in Ideani community, Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State.

The tragic incident, which occurred at Umuoduba Village in Ideani, has left residents of the community in shock.

According to sources, the lifeless bodies of the children were discovered inside the woman’s premises, while a fourth person was found alive and rushed to a hospital for medical treatment.

The identities of the deceased, believed to be between the ages of six and 15, have not yet been confirmed. The circumstances surrounding their deaths also remain unclear.

Community sources said the children may have either been working for the native doctor, who reportedly keeps pigs and poultry, or could be members of her family. However, these claims have not been independently verified.

The female native doctor has been arrested and is currently in police custody at the Ogidi Police Division as investigations continue. The bodies of the deceased have been deposited in a mortuary pending further examination.

A video circulating on social media showed police officers at the suspect’s residence following the discovery, while the woman was seen being escorted away by security operatives.

As of the time of filing this report, the Anambra State Police Command had not issued an official statement on the incident or disclosed the identity of the suspect.
