Social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has responded to allegations made by businesswoman Tracy Ohiri, who accused him of being linked to the recent abduction of pupils and teachers in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State.
In a video shared on social media, VDM denied the allegation, insisting he had no involvement in the kidnapping incident. He also expressed disappointment over the accusation, saying it was made without evidence and included insults directed at his mother.
According to the activist, the claims were false and could have serious consequences if left unchallenged. He maintained that there was no basis for connecting him to the abduction and urged the public not to believe unverified allegations circulating online.
The exchange has since generated widespread reactions across social media, with users expressing differing opinions on the dispute. While some defended VDM and questioned the basis of the accusation, others called for anyone making such claims to present credible evidence.
