A Nigerian couple, Caleb Yaro Vojiki and his wife, have welcomed a set of twins after 22 years of marriage and several miscarriages.
The couple celebrated the birth of their children during a naming ceremony and thanksgiving service held on Sunday, July 5, 2026, in Wukari, Taraba State.
Couple recounts years of waiting
Speaking during the celebration, Mr. and Mrs. Vojiki said their journey to parenthood spanned more than two decades.
According to the couple, they sought help in Lagos, Warri, Jos, and even travelled to the Republic of Cameroon, but their efforts did not yield the desired result.
They said that when hope had begun to fade, they were eventually blessed with a set of twins.
Twins officially named
The couple welcomed a boy and a girl, who were officially named:
- Naphtali Emokene Caleb Vojiki
- Emosi Caleb Vojiki
